These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using OT Diary's creator, editorial, commerce and partnership features. By accessing or using OT Diary, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users, creators, brands, retailers, partners or the platform itself.

If you use OT Diary on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Using OT Diary

You may use OT Diary only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, any feature-specific rules and any campaign or partnership terms that apply to a particular activity.

Accounts and identity

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Account information should be accurate enough for OT Diary to operate the platform, protect users and administer creator or brand features. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another user's account without authorization.

Security and cookies

OT Diary may activate strictly necessary cookies and browser storage automatically from the first visit when they are required to provide security, authentication, session continuity, network delivery or privacy-preference functions. These essential technologies are always available while the relevant service requires them.

Optional functional, analytics, personalization and commerce or marketing technologies are controlled separately and are enabled only when permitted by applicable law and the visitor's recorded choice. Continuing to browse OT Diary is not treated as consent to optional cookies where affirmative consent is required. Network information such as an IP address may be processed for security and service delivery, but it does not replace a user's cookie choice.

Creator content

You keep ownership of content you create and upload, subject to any rights held by others in that content. By publishing content to OT Diary, you give OT Diary a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, format and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform and the public surfaces where you chose to publish it.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to publish images, text, product references, trademarks or other material you upload. OT Diary may remove or restrict content that infringes rights, violates law, creates safety issues or conflicts with platform rules.

Commerce and affiliate links

OT Diary can surface products, brands, retailers and outbound shopping links. Prices, inventory, shipping, returns and product claims are controlled by the third-party seller unless OT Diary explicitly states otherwise. OT Diary does not guarantee that a product remains available or that every outbound link will earn commission.

Creators are responsible for making advertising, affiliate, gifted-product or sponsored-content disclosures when required by law, platform policy or campaign terms.

Campaigns, sponsorships and gifting

A campaign, gifting opportunity, sponsorship listing, brand message or invitation is not a guarantee of selection, compensation or a completed partnership. The specific campaign or brand terms control deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, approvals, compensation and other relationship details.

Creators and brands should provide accurate information, meet agreed obligations and avoid misleading claims about audience, performance or campaign results.

Earnings and payments

Displayed earnings can include pending, estimated, confirmed, reversed or paid amounts. Retailer returns, cancellations, invalid transactions, attribution rules, partner adjustments and fraud reviews can change amounts before final confirmation. Payout availability can depend on account status, minimum thresholds, identity or tax information, and the payment method available to the user.

You are responsible for taxes and reporting obligations that apply to your earnings.

Verification and creator levels

OT Diary verification and creator levels are platform signals. They may reflect identity, activity, audience, reliability, commerce performance, policy compliance or other criteria OT Diary chooses to evaluate. A badge or level is not a promise of income, campaign access, brand endorsement or permanent status.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use OT Diary to impersonate others, manipulate analytics or attribution, generate fraudulent transactions, scrape or attack the platform, distribute malware, send unlawful or abusive content, evade platform restrictions, misrepresent sponsored relationships, infringe intellectual property or collect credentials from other users.

Third-party services

OT Diary can connect to or link to third-party services such as social platforms, retailers, affiliate networks or payment services. Those services operate under their own terms and can change, limit or discontinue functionality independently of OT Diary.

Suspension and termination

OT Diary may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, maintain platform security or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions concerning content rights, payments, security, disputes and records may continue where reasonably necessary after an account closes.

Changes to these Terms

OT Diary may update these Terms as the platform changes. Material updates may be presented through the website or account experience when appropriate.
